Hi there, I’m Kimberly!

I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania and built a life around honesty, strength, and refusing to play small. As a certified health and life coach and holistic nutritionist, I help midlife women rebuild their energy, protect their muscle, and stop running on empty.

I believe in progressive overload, practical nourishment, cozy clothes, and dark chocolate. I believe midlife is not a crisis. It’s a recalibration.

This podcast is where we talk about what’s actually happening in midlife and how to navigate it with clarity and confidence.
