stop guessing

Let’s start with what you actually need

You don’t need more information

You need a place to start. Not another plan.

When your body feels off, it is easy to second guess everything.
What to eat. How to train. Whether anything you are doing is even working anymore.

So you try more. Change more. Start over more.

This is where we stop doing that.

This page will help you figure out what to focus on first and where to go next.

start with clarity

The Rebel Resilience Audit

If you feel off but cannot quite explain why, this is your first step.

This quick audit will help you identify what your body actually needs right now and where to focus first.

No guessing. No overwhelm. Just a clear place to begin.

start with something simple

Eat. Lift. Sleep. Say No.

If you do not want another plan and just need something you can actually follow, start here.

This guide walks you through the core habits that support your energy, your body, and your capacity without overcomplicating everything.

Simple. Practical. Doable.

You Are Not Broken

If something feels off, it is because something needs support.
And that is exactly what we start doing here.

Three surgeries in two months. And I am fucking ov Three surgeries in two months. And I am fucking over it.The good news? My latest pathology showed no cancer. Nothing. And I am incredibly grateful. But now I have to convince myself to start chemo when there is no detectable cancer left in my body.My brain understands why. My emotions are still catching up.I’m grateful. I’m angry. I’m exhausted. And I’m allowed to be all three.Today, I’m resting, healing and trying not to live ten steps ahead. The latest chapter is up on Rebel Midlife. 🤍#BreastCancer #CancerTreatment #Chemotherapy #BRCA2 #RebelMidlife
I knew this day was coming. I knew we would pack I knew this day was coming.I knew we would pack the car, make the ridiculously long drive to Nebraska, carry all the boxes into his dorm, help him get settled, and eventually reach the part where we had to say goodbye.Knowing it was coming did absolutely nothing to prepare my heart for it.We dropped Grayson off at college. And my heart hurts. Not because I don’t think he’s ready. I do. Maybe that’s what makes this moment so strange. I can look at him and know, without a doubt, that he’s ready for this. Ready for college. Ready to be an athlete at Nebraska. Ready to meet new people, figure things out on his own, make mistakes, have adventures, and build a life that belongs to him. This is exactly what we raised him to do.And I’m so damn proud of him.But there is a part of motherhood no one really prepares you for. You spend 18 years teaching them how to leave you.You teach them to be independent. To make good decisions. To work hard. To get back up when things don’t go their way. To chase the things they want, even when those things take them 1,200 miles away from home. And then one day, they actually do it.You hug them goodbye, walk away, and somehow you’re supposed to be okay with the fact that this person who has been woven into the rhythm of every single day of your life isn’t coming home with you.I’m not okay with that part yet.My heart hurts because I already miss him.But at the exact same time, my heart is so incredibly full.Because I watched my son walk into the life he’s worked so hard for. He’s ready.I know he is.And now I have to be ready too.Go do your thing, Grayson.I’ll be over here missing you like crazy, cheering louder than anyone, and reminding myself that this was always the goal. The world is yours. GBR! ❤️
Thank YOU to whoever left a bouquet of flowers at Thank YOU to whoever left a bouquet of flowers at my front door. There wasn't a note or a card. Much appreciated!
I have been here before. In 2016 I had a double m I have been here before. In 2016 I had a double mastectomy. Tested positive for BRCA2. Handled it quietly, told almost no one, and got back to living as fast as I could.A week ago today I got a diagnosis I wasn't expecting. ER/PR+ HER2- invasive ductal carcinoma. Breast cancer. Again. The day after I found out, I sat in the stands and watched my son graduate from high school.I had a lump in my throat the entire time. I didn't cry. I just watched him and held onto every single second of it.I am scared. I'm not going to pretend otherwise.I lost both of my parents to cancer. I know what this disease can do.I also know what I am made of. And I am going to fight like hell.I am not going into hiding this time. I am not bottling this up.I am going to be open about what I am going through because someone out there needs to know they are not alone in this.If that's you, I see you.My Body, My Fight. That's where I will be putting all of it. The fear, the research, the hard days, and the ones that remind me why I'm still here. Not going quietly. Not this time.#breastcancer #BRCA2 #mybodymyfight #womenover40 #notgoingquietly

You’re fucking depleted. And You’re not failing.
You’re fucking depleted. And a lot of women in midlife are walking around thinking they need more discipline when what they actually need is support. If you feel exhausted no matter how much you sleep…If your patience is gone…If your brain feels foggy, your body feels off, and you barely recognize yourself lately…This quiz was made for you.The Rebel Resilience Quiz helps you figure out what’s really draining you so you can stop throwing random shit at the wall hoping something works. No guilt.
No diet culture garbage.
No pretending stress isn’t wrecking your body.Just clarity, patterns, and a starting point.Take the quiz and find out what your body has been trying to tell you. Comment QUIZ and I will send it your way.
And send this to the woman who keeps saying “I’m just tired.” She probably needs this too.#rebelmidlife #perimenopausesupport#midlifewomen #hormonehealth #womenover40
You've been handling it your whole life. The job. You've been handling it your whole life. The job. The kids. The loss. The seasons that would have broken most people.Nobody questions whether you can handle it.The problem is that handling it never ends. And your body is not confused about that. It knows exactly what's happening when the demands never stop and the recovery never comes. That's not a stress problem. That's an unrecovered stress problem.New episode is up. This one is about plugging the drain, not adding more buckets.Link in bio.#midlifewomen #perimenopausesupport #stressandmenopause #womenover40 #rebelmidlife
