    I have been here before. In 2016 I had a double m I have been here before.In 2016 I had a double mastectomy. Tested positive for BRCA2. Handled it quietly, told almost no one, and got back to living as fast as I could.A week ago today I got a diagnosis I wasn't expecting. ER/PR+ HER2- invasive ductal carcinoma. Breast cancer. Again.The day after I found out, I sat in the stands and watched my son graduate from high school.I had a lump in my throat the entire time. I didn't cry. I just watched him and held onto every single second of it.I am scared. I'm not going to pretend otherwise.I lost both of my parents to cancer. I know what this disease can do.I also know what I am made of. And I am going to fight like hell.I am not going into hiding this time. I am not bottling this up.I am going to be open about what I am going through because someone out there needs to know they are not alone in this.If that's you, I see you.My Body, My Fight.
