Welcome to the Midlife Rebellion: Why I Started The Love Your Naked Ass Podcast

Midlife isn't a crisis. It's your f*cking comeback story

I said what I said.

This isn’t your grandma’s “embrace the change” chat.
This is the start of something louder, bolder, and way more honest.

Welcome to The Love Your Naked Ass Podcast: The Midlife Rebellion Edition, the space where midlife women stop apologizing, start asking for more, and take back their bodies, their minds, and their damn confidence.

Because let’s be honest…
Perimenopause can feel like a betrayal, the hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, exhaustion, and the constant feeling that your body’s working against you.

I get it. I’ve been there.

But here’s the truth: this is not your downfall.
This is your rebirth.

Why I Started This Podcast

I was tired of the lies.
The “you’re just getting older” excuses.
The endless gaslighting that told me to accept it instead of fix it.

I wanted answers, real ones.
And I wanted a place where women could hear the truth about what’s happening in our bodies, our minds, and our lives.

So I grabbed a mic, poured a glass of wine, and decided to start the conversation that too many people are too damn scared to have.

The Love Your Naked Ass Podcast isn’t about surviving midlife…

It’s about rising through it.
It’s about rebellion.
It’s about rewriting the story that aging equals decline.

What You'll Hear in the Trailer

In this short trailer, you’ll get a taste of what’s coming:

This is your reminder that you’re not broken, you’re not done, and it’s definitely not too late.

What Comes Next

Every Tuesday, I’ll drop a new episode that blends the science of what’s happening in our bodies with the mindset tools to actually thrive through it.

We’ll talk hormones, metabolism, sleep, sex, strength, and self-confidence and yes, we’ll laugh, swear, and tell the truth about it all.

Because midlife isn’t a crisis.

It’s your chance to rebuild, refocus, and rise louder than ever before.

Your Next Step, Rebel

This is the start of a movement, not a moment.
Because midlife isn’t your ending, Rebel. It’s your beginning.
