Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to:

- Workbooks
- PDFs
- Resource libraries
- Courses
- Recorded trainings
- Templates
- Paid subscriptions
Are non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Coaching Services
All coaching services, including:
- 1:1 coaching
- Strategy sessions
- Programs
- Group coaching
- Memberships
Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.
If you are enrolled in an ongoing coaching program or membership:
- You may cancel future payments in accordance with the program terms
- No refunds will be issued for payments already processed
Missed sessions are not refundable.
Subscription Services
For recurring subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation prevents future billing
- No refunds will be issued for prior billing cycles

Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan:
You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- Removal of access
- Collection efforts
- Additional fees
Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company to attempt resolution.
Improper chargebacks may result in:
- Revocation of access
- Legal recovery of fees
- Collection costs
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds, if granted at the Company’s sole discretion, will be provided in writing and do not establish a precedent for future refunds.
