why I do this work
I did what high-capacity women do.
I handled it.
I powered through.
I told myself I just needed to try harder.
Until my body said no.
Fatigue.
Brain fog.
Weight gain.
Mood swings.
That was the moment I stopped fighting my body and started learning it.
I rebuilt with nourishment.
With progressive overload.
With sleep.
With boundaries.
Not with punishment.
Now I teach women how to do the same.

the part that changed everything
I lost both of my parents to cancer.
I had cancer myself.
Nothing clarifies your priorities like sitting in a room where the word malignant is used about your own body.
You stop waiting.
You stop postponing your health for everyone else’s comfort.
You stop calling exhaustion normal.
You stop treating your body like it is inconvenient.
You understand, in your bones, that your body is not something to override.
It is something to protect.
Life is not guaranteed.
Midlife is not the time to negotiate with your own vitality.

Enough fiber.
Enough recovery.
Enough sleep.
Enough support.
You do not need to be smaller.
You need to be stronger.
Midlife is not a crisis.
It is clarity.
It is the moment you stop pretending.
