I love your work. I have been doing something similar to the Mirror Mantra – although not in the nude – so it was a little unusual the first time. I do spend a great deal of time looking at myself in the mirror and being thankful for who is being reflected back at me. It hasn’t always been easy to do, but I like that you’ve taken this idea to a whole nother level. The mantra is bite-sized (for folks who have busy lifestyles so it doesn’t take a lot of time). This is very important so it doesn’t displace something else one might feel the need to complete in a busy day. Also, it’s simple and easy to follow. The workbook is written in plain language so you can’t go wrong! Nothing on the list costs more than your average Starbucks cup of coffee so there’s no reason to not follow it!
I am glad I went to your website and downloaded the materials. I love your voice during the mantra — it’s very warm, effusive and flows like honey. Everything you have put into this program is exciting and I found it delicious (to say the least)!
